Q. What are your delivery times?

A. We are committed to fulfilling orders promptly, typically within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Our turnaround time is not as fast as major retailers, as we prioritise sustainability and minimise the impact of overproduction on our planet. Every item is tailor-made specifically for you, guaranteeing a one-of-a-kind and personalised product.

Q. Do you ship overseas?

A. We will be shipping globally in the near future. Please join our crew to be notified.

Q. Can I return or cancel my order?

A. We operate on a 14 day return policy from the time of receiving your goods. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Once we dispatch your order, we will be in touch with you via your preferred contact method to ensure satisfaction, if not we will proceed with your returns process.

 

Q. Where is my order shipped from?

A. Our clothing production is in Newcastle, NSW, where it is dispatched from. We produce and dispatch our Smartphone Covers in Melbourne VIC.
