SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Q: What are your delivery times?
A: We are committed to fulfilling orders promptly, typically within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Our turnaround time is not as fast as major retailers, as we prioritise sustainability and minimise the impact of overproduction on our planet. Every item is tailor-made specifically for you, guaranteeing a one-of-a-kind and personalised product.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: We will be shipping globally in the near future. Please join our crew to be notified.
Q: Where is my order shipped from?
A: Our clothing production is in Newcastle, NSW, where it is dispatched from.
Q: What are my shipping options?
A: We offer a standard flat shipping rate of $10 AUD (3-9 business days) and express shipping for $15 AUD (2-5 business days). All orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping.
PRODUCTS AND SIZING
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: We recommend checking our size guide, which provides detailed measurements for each product. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a snugger fit.
Q: What material is used for your products?
A: Our Apparel is made form high quality, soft materials that are both comfortable and durable. Most of our Tees and Hoodies are made from 100% Australian cotton or a cotton-polyester blend. For specific material, please check the individual product descriptions.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: Can I return my order?
A: We want you to love your purchase, if you're not completely satisfied, we operate on a 30 day return policy from the time of receiving your goods. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Please contact our Support team online or via email bitemenow@bitemenow.com.au and you will be guided through the process.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, with our Support Team via online chat, once cancelled, your refund will be returned to your original payment method.

A: Bite Me Now was proudly founded by two lesbian women based in NSW. The brand was founded to create bold and unapologetic apparel, revolutionising the staple tee into powerful statements of LGBTQIA+ visibility.

Q: What does LGBTQIA+ stand for?
A: LGBTQIA+ is an acronym that stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning, Intersex, Asexual/Aromantic, and the '+' represents other identities under the rainbow. Our goal is to create apparel for all to be feel seen, valued and fabulous in their own skin.
