Collection: LGBTQIA+ Pansexual Visibility Day

24 May is Pansexual and Panromantic Awareness and Visibility Day – but what exactly does it mean to be Pan? To be pansexual is to have a sexual or romantic attraction not limited by gender, or gender identity, while to be panromantic is the same except without the sexual attraction. Pansexual Visibility Day is a significant event for the pansexual community, and it's an opportunity to come together, share experiences, and advocate for a more inclusive world.

Pansexual Visibility Day is an annual event that aims to:

Raise awareness: Educate people about pansexuality and the experiences of pansexual people.

Celebrate pansexual identities: Recognise and celebrate the unique identities and experiences of pansexual individuals

Combat stigma and prejudice: Address the challenges and struggles that pansexual people may face due to societal misunderstanding or lack of acceptance.

Promote inclusivity: Advocate for diversity and inclusivity in workplaces and service delivery.
